Vegetable Korma

Don't like purchasing your curry sauce from the supermarket because of their huge ingredients lists? Try this homemade curry recipe using the Love My Earth Spices you found in your October GoodnessMe Box.


  • 2 tablespoons Organic Shahi Korma mix
  • 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of oil or ghee
  • 2 cups of water
  • 400mls of coconut milk
  • 4 cups of your favourite vegetables chopped
  • Coriander leaves to garnish


  1. In a food processor add garlic, ginger, onion + blend to a paste
  2. Steam 1 cup of brown basmati rice & set aside
  3. In a saucepan add oil or ghee & the onion paste + brown
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of Korma mix & stir until fragrant
  5. Add 2 cups of water & 400ml of coconut milk & stir into a sauce
  6. Once simmering add 4 cups of your favourite vegetables & cook until ready
  7. Season & serve with basmati rice & coriander.
