- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 1 bottle Vitasoy Whole Soy Milk Vanilla Chai
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 tsp tahini
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- Handful crushed walnuts
- Combine oats, Vitasoy Whole Soy Milk Vanilla Chai and cinnamon in a pot over a low heat and cook for 6 minutes until thick and creamy.
- Heat coconut oil in a non-stick and fry banana on each side until golden.
- Pour porridge into bowls and top with bananas, tahini, yogurt and walnuts.
