Green Smoothie

Serves: 1.

Ingredients
  • 1 large stalk kale
  • 1 stalk silver beet
  • 3 large leaves Cos lettuce
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ fresh lemon (juice)
  • ½ small banana
  • ½ green apple
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (if you have)
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 3-4 ice cubes (handful)
  • 1 cup coconut water/filtered water
  • 1 teaspoons cacao powder
Method

Throw all of the ingredients into a blender and whizz until everything is combined to a nice smoothie consistency.
