Raw Koko Choc Mousse

Sweet tooth in overdrive? We have you covered with this indulgent vegan, gluten free and dairy free Choc Mousse! Kokoluxe and the Citrus Bites turn this sweet treat into a into a superfood wonderland!

Serves 2.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 tbsp Kokoluxe
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Stevia to sweeten (optional)
  • Bioglan Citrus + Chia Bites, roughly chopped

Method:

  1. Add the avocado, Kokoluxe and almond milk to a food processor or blender and blend until all ingredients are combined and smooth.
  2. Next add the vanilla extract and sea salt and blend for another few seconds.
  3. Taste the mixture - if it isn’t sweet enough, add a small amount of stevia to taste.
  4. Put the mixture into the fridge for a couple of hours to cool.
  5. Spoon the mixture into two separate bowls and top with the citrus + chia bites. Enjoy!
