Peanut Butter, Banana & Coconut Pops

With the warmer months approaching there is no better excuse to make homemade healthy ice creams.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup macadamia milk
  • 3 Tbls Greek yoghurt
  • 1 Tbls coconut sugar
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tbls peanut butter
  • 2 Tbls cacao

Chocolate Topping:

  • Spiralfoods coconut butter
  • Jimalie sugar and cacao
  • topped with organic coconut chips

Method

Blend till smooth.

Set in freezer.
