Looking for ways to use the Macadamia Milk you found in this months GoodnessMe Box? Why not try this super simple but super tasty Bircher thanks to Alison Morgan from Relauncher.
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup macadamia milk (we used Suncoast Gold)
- 2 – 3 Strawberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 grated apple
- Fresh mint leaves
Soak the oats and macadamia milk in a bowl overnight in the fridge
In the morning, add the mint, chopped strawberries, cinnamon and grated apple to the oat and macadamia milk mix.
To finish, sprinkle the mixture with The Wild breakfast topper or this Sugar Free Breakfast Sprinkle.
