As a child my fondest memories have been centered on food. Every weekend, my family would get and share a delicious meal that was 'good for the soul' prepared by my beautiful mother and grandmother. Whether big or small so much detail would go in to the preparation. Food has always brought my family together and has been so nourishing for our souls.

As I got older, I realised that my love for food was something I was becoming more passionate about. I wanted to take what I had learned from loved ones and put a healthy twist on it. Replacing the not-so-good cooking oils with better ones, and thinking about other protein-rich foods rather than having meat at every meal. Food has helped me become more in tune with my body and has taught me that what we put in our bodies, will help us get the most from ourselves.

I also have a huge passion for helping people and physical fitness. This lead me to become a qualified Personal Trainer. I love seeing the positive impact that a great lifestyle can have on someone and the joy in people get from exceeding their goals, being physically able to perform.

Being healthy means different things to many people - I love that the GoodnessMe Box experience allows you to explore the gift of health and make your own judgment on what being healthy means to you!


What food can you not live without? Raw cacao , cherries, cabbage, my parents home grown tomatoes and my in-law's home grown baby eggplants!

Favourite food joint? Mum and Dad's place.

Your go-to breakfast? I like to keep it simple in the morning. Acai Bowl topped with lots of coconut, fresh berries and granola.

First thing you do when you wake in the morning? Drink a glass of water and take 5 minutes to gather my intentions for the day before a gym sesh!

It's date night. Your perfect restaurant would be? My taste buds are always changing... but anywhere with a nice sea breeze and a good drop, I'm up for!

You have a free plane ticket to anywhere in the world. You must be guided by your stomach. Where would you go and why? A world trip because I love too many cuisines to choose just one!

The word Wholefood to you means.... A product of nature... Fuel that gets your engine roaring! No nasties and no processing. Just good ol' farm to table style.

Your favourite food memory is of.... I have so many, here are just a few! Growing up, my parents would make the most delicious spag bol for my younger brothers and I - Fresh tomatoes packed with oregano and basil. We loved it so much, the pasta sauce would end up all over our faces. My grandparents would also make us Sundaypalačinke - Crepes with lots of lemon juice! Nan was always and still now is on Cabbage salad duties for parties - She makes a mean raw cabbage salad.

3 health goals for this year? Do an unassisted pull up; Replace salt with herbs and spices; 10-minutes of Meditation a day

Sweet or Savoury? Sweet and Savoury!

You are known for your __________ recipe? Salads. I love getting creative with veggies. At the moment though, my brussel sprouts, cauliflower and raisin salad with tahini dressing is a BIG hit! I also make a mean guacamole and a slow-cooked Beef Cheek Stew.
