When I was 13, my dad took me to my first Bikram yoga class, and I’ve been hooked ever since! While other teens were eating whatever their metabolic bodies would let them get away with, I was fascinated by the world of organic food, alternative healthcare and yoga.

That hasn’t changed. Today, I’m a certified yoga teacher, qualified naturopath, and firm believer in the healing power of wholefoods, gentle exercise and herbal medicine. I help my clients to become brighter, healthier and happier people that enjoy eating, rather than fear it – and I bring the same experience to my work at GoodnessMe Box.
