This weeks Day On A Plate comes from Laura Henshaw, the co-founder of the amazing 'Keep It Cleaner' program. Laura has just been on the cover of Women's Health Australia, she has completed her first book co-written with the amazing Steph Claire Smith and she inspires young women from all around the world to love themselves and live their best life.
I love variation in the morning, my usual breakfast is one of the smoothies from our Keep it Cleaner program. Anything with blueberries or chia seeds usually has me sold!
I’m normally always on the move around lunchtime, so I find I often turn to poke bowls or a quick and easy salad. I’m really loving our Tuna Nicoise Salad at the moment from the Keep it Cleaner program.
My dinners are usually based around a lean protein and lots of veggies. Current rotations include baked salmon and veggies, Mexican bowls and our special take on the iconic, Ceaser Salad. It’s so delicious we thought we’d share the recipe with you all.
I always have a sweet tooth after dinner. I often turn to greek yoghurt and strawberries or one of the Keep it Cleaner treats from the program. Dalton loves when I cook the clean choc chip cookies, I just have to hide some or he’d eat them all!
