- 2 slices of Dr Karg's Organic Crispbread
- 4 slices truss tomato
- 2 tablespoons soft goats cheese
- 1 radish, finely sliced (or shaved)
- 2 thin slices of red onion
- extra virgin olive oil for dressing
Top crispbread with truss tomato, goats cheese, onion and radish
drizzle generously with olive oil.
