It's never to cold for ice cream, especially when it's so healthy you could eat it for breakfast!
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp. 100% vanilla extract
- Raw chocolate chunks
- Roasted nuts
- Nut butter
- Place the cashews, milk and vanilla into your blender. Whiz until nice and smooth.
- Add the banana and raspberries and whiz until nice and smooth again!
- Once smooth place in super cute bowls and top with all the toppings!
