Chloe is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian who specialises in nutrition for irritable bowel syndrome (particularly the FODMAP approach), food intolerances, sports nutrition and inflammatory joint disease. We are thrilled to welcome her to the GoodnessMe Box family as our resident Dietician to help us source the healthiest products for you and to answer your burning questions about how to make the best food choices for your body. Favourite food joint?

Oh so many! At present, Meet Gerard – delicious food and great coffee, or Zeitgeist – they make the best salads, and their own almond and macadamia milk, so delish!

Your go-to breakfast?

Oats with yoghurt, nuts and fruit – this is usually as porridge in winter, or muesli in summer

First thing you do when you wake in the morning?

I like to exercise in the morning – be it going for a run, walk, yoga or other exercise class.
